I thought you would like seeing this place in Boulder, CO. It could be used as a model for an outdoor food court and gathering area for the co-op. SPACE does some temporary pop ups like it for their outdoor summer concerts in Evanston. Maybe the co-op can create a more permanent location like it. The Collective has indoor and outdoor space.
